Refund policy

We want you to love your Pink Sand Atelier purchase. If you have any concerns, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Because of hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care products, including soaps.

We also cannot accept returns for:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or special-order products

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
